Agencies can tackle the challenges presented by the Agency Workers Directive (AWD) by joining forces with a PAYE umbrella company, an expert has claimed.

Industry specialist Rob Crossland says it''s vital for recruiters to know they''re dealing with fully compliant service providers.

He says responsible umbrella companies are up-to-speed with legislative changes. And so by partnering with a trusted umbrella company, he says agencies can focus on their core business of recruitment.

There''s no need for them to worry about AWD compliance according to the expert.

But he warns that umbrella firms must be prepared to look after contractors'' employment rights, or agencies shouldn''t deal with them.

If you''ve got any questions about the AWD, just give the Excellium team a call and they''ll be happy to help.ADNFCR-2980-ID-19602462-ADNFCR
