His views come after a survey by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and KPMG revealed that permanent placements growth is at its fastest rate since 2007.
And the study also found that contractors are enjoying a rise in work as temp placements rose at the fastest pace for two-and-a-half years.
This is in line with the growth that Excellium Umbrella Services have achieved over the past quarter and as such they have appointed new experienced team members to provide customers with the highest quality service.
